OUR ASSESSMENT CENTRE
As the only executive search firm in the Nordic region, we employ a unique assessment tool called "Life Science Accentuator©". The tool is a validated, behaviour-based, hypothesis-driven and job-simulating test case tool constructed on the basis of a 'real life' pharma/medtech company.
Combined with psychometric testing and competency-based interviewing, this type of tool outperforms any other tool in predictive validity.
Essentially, the "Life Science Accentuator©" tool is designed to, among others, disclose a candidates ability to navigate analytically in complex structures, stay on the business critical path and exercise sound judgement. In the assessment centre – and in corporate life – success boils down to sound judgement underpinned by a deep understanding of what the critical path is in a given organization in order to ensure profitability and sustained success in the marketplace.
When entering a new executive role, you will have limited time to understand and learn to navigate within the complex dimensions of the organization, stakeholder expectations, and culture. To assist our candidates in their transition, we employ our Executive Integration Tool-kit offering counselling in the three executive onboarding phases:
Pre-selection phase (from first approach to acceptance of offer)
Pre-entry phase (from acceptance to day one)
Entry phase (from day one and onwards)
