Har navnet Albright Partners noget som helst at gøre med Madeleine Albright, den første kvindelige udenrigsminister i USA?

Vi er ofte blevet spurgt om dette....og svaret er: Ja.

Da Albright Partners blev etableret, var en gren af grundlæggerens familie en del af Albrecht/Albright familien - der også tæller Madeleine Albright.

Så, inspireret af denne fantastiske kvinde, der hele sit politiske liv kæmpede indædt for fred - blev Albright Partners født.

Karin Madsen, Associate Partner

Karin most recently worked as Head of Dermatology, Global Medical Affairs at AbbVie. For more than a decade, Karin held senior leadership roles at AbbVie in the Nordics, Europe and globally. Previously, Karin worked in senior specialist and executive roles at LEO Pharma, Action Pharma and Nycomed.

Henrik Brabrand, Partner & CEO

Henrik leverages top management leadership skills and 15+ years of global life science-focused executive search experience in high quality assignment execution and client counseling. Previously, Henrik held Senior Vice President-level roles at LEO Pharma and General Manager roles within the Functional Foods & Ingredients area.

DEN FIREDOBBELTE BUNDLINJE

Som virksomheder, er vi afhængige af, at der generelt hersker fred, frihed og demokrati i verden. Hver gang disse tre variable trues, skabes der voldsomme ubalancer i udbud og efterspørgsel. For nylig så vi bl.a. hvordan totalitære regimer kunne sende ellers sunde virksomheder på konkursens rand. Manglende adgang til råvarer og voldsomme prisstigninger på bl.a. energi, var med til at ødelægge ellers sunde og bæredygtige virksomheder.

 

Hos Albright har vi derfor tilført den tredobbelte bundlinje endnu en bundlinje – nemlig den fjerde bundlinje: FRED.

 

Den tredobbelte bundlinje er oprindelig udviklet af John Elkington i 1997, og handler kort fortalt om en afvejning mellem miljømæssig påvirkning, social ansvarlighed og økonomisk profit. Hos Albright, der i alle vores 10 leveår har leveret et overskud på den økonomiske bundlinje (PROFIT), er det vigtigt, at der samtidig ikke opstår “underskud” på de miljømæssige (PLANET) og sociale (PEOPLE) bundlinjer. Vi har igennem årene drevet vores virksomhed ud fra princippet om bæredygtighed, ved at levere en god indtjening, være socialt ansvarlige og tage hensyn til miljøet.

 

Men som virksomhed mener vi ikke længere, at vi kan være bæredygtige, medmindre vi tilfører en fjerde bundlinje: FRED.
